Our mission is to increase the knowledge, understanding, and skill of horses and horsemanship and to plan and conduct activities and events that support horsemanship and equine functions in Lewis County.

HASC is an organization of volunteers formed to provide a supportive environment for equine activities. Our goal is to give youth opportunities to grow and challenge themselves in equestrian activities and to organize equine activities for all to see and enjoy at the Southwest Washington Fair.
